Independent Living Housing Focused on Stability, Safety, and Dignity

Protecting Families Homes provides safe, structured, and affordable independent living environments for adults who need stability—not shelters.

We operate structured Independent Living Homes (ILH) with shared living arrangements that promote responsibility, respect, and personal growth.

Protecting Families Homes is a veteran-owned, mission-driven organization built on structure, integrity, and long-term impact.
Protecting Families Homes was founded by Chasity A. Wells, a leader shaped by service, structure, and a deep commitment to helping individuals move from instability into independence.
Chasity’s leadership foundation was built during her time serving in the United States Navy, where accountability, discipline, and mission-first thinking were non-negotiable. That experience continues to guide how Protecting Families Homes operates today—with clear expectations, structured environments, and respect for every individual’s dignity.
Following her military service, Chasity spent over a decade as a licensed insurance professional, helping individuals and families navigate protection, planning, and long-term stability. In that role, she saw firsthand how housing instability often undermines progress in every other area of life—health, employment, finances, and personal growth.
Protecting Families Homes was created to address that gap.
By combining military leadership, professional ethics, and real-world experience working with families and vulnerable populations, Chasity built a housing model rooted in structure, consistency, and accountability—not chaos or quick fixes. The goal is simple: provide safe, stable independent living environments that support adults and veterans during critical life transitions.
Chasity leads with clarity, compassion, and standards—believing that people thrive best when they are supported by structure, respected as individuals, and given space to rebuild with purpose.
